A large educational institution headquartered in Riverside, CA is seeking a remote BSA to join their team. This individual will be brought on to assist with a web application project targeted towards student residency determination and tuition fee exemption. They will be partnering directly with the Project Manger and Developer for game plan strategy as well as working with other IT teams and stakeholders for gathering of requirements. This will be a highly collaborative role communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals. This position will be a salaried 18 month contract to start, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee.
6+ years' experience as a Business System Analyst, specifically supporting web and application development
Experience implementing an enterprise or large scale web-based solution or software
Experience in complex process and systems requirement documentation standards: use case scenario testing, use case modeling, user story creation, and narrative description
Knowledge and ability to develop process and system implementation plans
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical individuals
Experience working in higher education or with student information systems
Experience working in higher education or with student information systems
Agile experience
GCP experience
