Kaiser Permanente's internal fulfillment team is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join the team. This person will be reviewing applications for Kaiser positions from internal Kaiser employees in order to give Kaiser employees the opportunity to be promoted within. This person will be reviewing candidates applying for clinical roles/licensed positions within departments including but not limited to behavioral health, rehabilitation and physical medicine, optometry, respiratory care, and more. This person should have experience recruiting in a healthcare and union environment. In addition to recruiting tasks, this person will also be consulting with Hiring Mangers across their line of business to recommend top-profiles.
This role is 100% remote and will allow the candidate the opportunity to support one of the largest healthcare companies as they digitalize their workforce experience.
- 2-3 years (minimum) clinical recruiting experience
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Experience communicating directly with stakeholders (both internal and external clients)
- Strong preference for candidates who come from healthcare background and who are comfortable working with a union environment
