Job Description
An employer in Palm Springs, CA is looking for an IT Property Manager to join the team onsite. This person will work with with Department Director to develop and monitor operating procedures and policies for preventive and corrective maintenance of IS Operational systems. This person will plan, organize, coordinate, direct and review the daily IT operations, including staff work plans, assignments, activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work efforts, methods and procedures to ensure IT operations are functioning efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology or the combination of schooling and experience required.
4 to 5 years of experience in a computer/business/administrative environment preferred.
Strong experience in supervising within a computer department.
Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
Must be analytical and have excellent mathematics skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of industry-related software, including InfoGenesis, OPERA, Berg Systems, Book 4 Time, WSS Web Booking, IGT Advantage Patron Management, Crystal Reports, and EZ-Pay.
