Program Manager

Day to Day:

* No one specific project.

* As games launch -- this person will have to get the data from a variety of products and move into data platform which is used to provide insights to business.

* Console as well as mobile games.

* This person will also work on the business component - different teams like marketing technology, operations, (general marketing) road strategy teams, all of these have their own business roadmaps in terms of having data.

o They need the data to solve business problems.

o This person will come in and help with operational work in conjunction with getting info, working with business stakeholders, presenting to them in terms of their roadmap and how its working sprint by sprint basis.

o Will be presenting to the stakeholders during every sprint.

* 5+ years of experience.

* Someone who has previous stakeholder experience.

o Strong communication skills are essential.

* Okay with flexible hours -- team members across time zones.

* Ability to take lead -- drive initiatives.

* Expert level experience with Jira.

* Creating a roadmap from scratch, report, and execute.

o Agile environment

o Working fast on weekly sprints

* Steady stream of work from different teams - this person to go in and understand the requests from the team, this is the roadmap and how does it contribute to the larger execution plan.

o Understand what the team is trying to do proactively work.

o Don't want to take requests one at a time but rather create the large roadmap.

* Other software: Asana

* Gaming background
