A client is looking for 3 Desktop Support Leads in the Westwood, CA area. These resources will be overseeing a program of a complete hardware refresh of 260 different ambulatory clinics across Greater Los Angeles. These candidates will be responsible for the documentation, QA, software installation and managing a third-party vendor with the hardware install (migrating 30 devices per week). They will also be responsible for inventory collection, clinic assessments and meeting with clinic managers to document the progress. They will need to be flexible with their working schedule, and will need a reliable means of transportation to get to each site.
- 4+ years of experience in Desktop Support/Workstation PC Technician working with installations, migrations, imaging new workstations
- Previous experience with resource management (as a lead or supervisor role)
- Experience in an enterprise level environment (will be migrating 30 devices per week)
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible work schedule (will have rotating day and night shifts (5pm-12am with the other leads)
