An employer is looking for a qualified field services engineer with an electrical or mechanical background. This role includes development, documentation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting and/or preventative maintenance for large printing equipment. The job may focus on diagnosis and repair of electromechanical digital offset printing presses and their associated peripherals at various customer locations normally within a ~50-mile radius (max) of location cities, although further travel can be expected. Great customer service in a high-pressure environment is essential for this role. 75% traveling/onsite at Customer Sites and 25% of day is remote solutions from home.
