Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the technical lead for the infrastructure, deployment architecture, and operational reliability of a regulated software platform used in customer-facing diagnostic environments. This position focuses on the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of a commercial software product operating across a variety of customer infrastructures, including on-premises, virtualized, and cloud-hosted environments. Working closely with software development, DevOps, product management, and quality teams, this individual will help ensure the platform is secure, scalable, maintainable, and performs consistently throughout development, validation, release, and production use. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced systems professional who can independently evaluate complex technical challenges, identify risks before they impact customers, and influence architectural decisions that improve long-term product stability. Responsibilities include designing and supporting deployment environments built on Windows and Linux technologies, troubleshooting issues that span applications, infrastructure, databases, containers, and networking, driving system observability and automation initiatives, enhancing deployment and release processes, maintaining architecture and operational documentation, and serving as a senior technical resource for critical system-level investigations and escalations.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
