Job Description

What You'll Do

Executive Support

Manage an extremely complex and dynamic calendar for the CEO, prioritizing meetings and ensuring optimal time management.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics. ?
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling with executives, customers, investors, board members, and key stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and executive correspondence.
Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of commitments.
Strategic & Business Operations Support

Attend executive and leadership meetings, capture detailed notes, and document decisions, action items, and follow-up plans.
Help drive execution of special projects across multiple functions of the business.
Conduct research on AI trends, emerging technologies, competitors, market opportunities, and industry developments.
Compile findings into executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor discussions, customer meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Partner closely with company leadership to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Projects

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and introduce efficiencies.
Take ownership of ad hoc projects that require analytical thinking, discretion, and strong execution skills.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or C-level leaders in a high-growth environment.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong research and analytical capabilities.
Outstanding attention to detail with a bias toward action.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a technology, startup, venture-backed, consulting, investment banking, or strategic operations environment.
Exposure to AI, SaaS, software, or emerging technology industries.
Open to travelling domestically and internationally as needed to join CEO for project related meetings
Experience creating presentations, research reports, and executive briefings.
Interest in business strategy, operations, product development, or market analysis.
