Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Billing Manager to conduct billing operational processes to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of customer billing, ensuring regulatory compliance to enhance financial performance.

Compensation: $55-$65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Customer Interaction and Support: Respond to and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes. Provide prompt and accurate customer service.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all billing operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Identify and mitigate risks and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Maintain accurate billing records, collaborate with other departments, and participate in process improvement. Perform additional tasks to support billing operations and ensure overall efficiency.

Job Contribution: A professional with solid knowledge of basic accounting principles, customer service background, verbal communication skills, Excel proficiency with large data sets. Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies to determine appropriate action. Works under minimal supervision with independent judgement. Actions impact efficiency and costs.
We are looking for candidates who can support a customer-facing billing and financial operations team. The ideal candidates will:
• Learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.

• Possess strong analytical skills, particularly in finance, billing, invoicing, and data review.
• Be able to understand billing details and clearly explain charges, invoices, and billing outcomes to customers.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and an effective customer-focused communication style.
• Remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when addressing customer concerns or resolving issues.
