Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Planner for a leading data center and mission-critical infrastructure client. This individual will support construction planning efforts across projects throughout the Western region by developing and managing Level 2 and Level 3 schedules, coordinating strategic schedule cut-ins, and creating schedule scenarios for complex construction activities. The role requires interpreting design and conceptual drawings in Procore and translating them into executable project schedules within Primavera P6, while integrating schedule logic, sequencing, and project impacts. This person will collaborate with schedulers and project stakeholders to support mission-critical infrastructure and wastewater treatment facility projects, making it an ideal opportunity for a seasoned planner or scheduler with strong construction scheduling expertise looking for a fully remote role.
PR: $60-70/hr

Required Skills & Experience
7-15+ years of construction planning/scheduling experience
Strong Primavera P6 experience
Experience building schedules from design and conceptual drawings
Procore experience, specifically reviewing and interpreting design documentation
Ability to develop and manage Level 2 and Level 3 schedules
Experience coordinating complex cut ins and schedule logic
Data center experience is highly preferred but can fall back on mission critical experience (large construction projects)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
General Contractor (GC) background preferred
Wastewater treatment plant project experience
Strategic scheduling and scenario planning experience
Experience supporting multiple regions simultaneously
