SAP Implementation Manager

Insight Global is looking for an SAP Implementation Manager in the Greater San Jose area. This individual will lead the greenfield migration of current financial tools and processes to SAP, demonstrated PMO and ERP history of successfully steering finance and ERP systems to go-live, establish project governance, steering committee structures, and executive reporting processes, support the deployment and integration of foundational systems—including custom ERP, MES, PLM, and Supply Chain—to automate inter-functional handoffs and ensure seamless connectivity, exhibit sound, logical, and transparent judgment to maintain strict scope discipline and unblock issues and challenges that will inevitably pop-up and be capable of reducing friction, pushing back, deferring requests and saving team’s time by learning the tools, product, people and processes to fill in the gaps.

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience
5+ years of SAP implementation experience
Recent greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience preferred, with a proven track record of taking customers from scratch to a full solution

Modern space systems experience
Proven success in a high-growth startup environment
