Job Description

Position Summary

This role will assist in the development and implementation of the organizational change and communication strategy for the Strategic Supplier Program. The resource will support the program lifecycle over an initial 6-month contract, with potential for permanent conversion. The primary business outcome is to drive high adoption rates of new labor sourcing program and processes and ensure seamless stakeholder transition including internal and specific 3rd party suppliers.

Role Purpose

This role exists to solve the business challenge of organizational resistance and process friction during large-scale transformation. By bridging the gap between technical program delivery and human adoption, this resource ensures that the strategic value of the new supplier model is fully realized through effective communication and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support program milestones.

● Co-lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new labor sourcing processes.

● Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.

● Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in.

● Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices to ensure program success.

● Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.

● Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to address organizational pain points.

● Deliver executive-level presentations to maintain transparency and alignment.

A rate expectation is between $74 - $100/ hour based on years of experience

Required Skills & Experience

● 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields.

● Demonstrated expertise in program delivery and managing complex, large-scale initiatives.

● Proven ability to operate effectively at a Manager or Senior Manager level.

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

● Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within Cisco or similar large-scale global organizations.

● Experience in Labor Sourcing, VMS, or transformation functions.
