Job Description
Insight Global looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our duct and Engineering teams for one of our large cybersecurity clients. This role blends coaching, problem-solving, employee relations, and steady execution of core People processes. You’ll work closely with managers across a fast-moving, evolving part of the business, helping them lead with clarity and confidence through change.
You’ll join a People Team that loves good thinking, crisp execution, and practical solutions. Your work will make a direct impact on team health, manager capability, and how our people experience HackerOne at every step of their journey.
What You Will Do
• Coach managers on performance fundamentals, feedback, and team dynamics, using Change Agility to help them lead through shifting priorities.
• Support leaders through organizational change with calm, clear guidance that keeps teams grounded.
• Manage low- and medium-complexity employee relations cases from intake to resolution with sound judgment and clear documentation.
• Use Data-Driven Decision Making to spot trends and turn insights into practical recommendations that improve how teams operate.
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other COEs to deliver a smooth, consistent employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Apply First Principles Problem Solving to simplify processes, remove friction, and build solutions that scale with the business.
• Use an AI-First approach to increase speed and accuracy in day-to-day work, from drafting to research to workflow improvements.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with GTM leaders through responsive communication and steady partnership.
• Contribute to People Team initiatives that strengthen how we support Hackeronies as our organization grows.

Required Skills & Experience
• Working with global teams across time zones and cultures
• 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Ability to interpret People data and translate it into actionable guidance.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments where processes are still taking shape
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure where needed, and move work forward without relying on rigid procedures
• Clear communication and sound judgment under pressure.
