Job Description
You will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for core platform, backend
infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and frontend delivery.
Your primary mission is to build a scalable engineering platform that enables efficient
onboarding of enterprise customers while ensuring our systems remain reliable, maintainable,
and cost-effective as the business grows.
This is a highly technical leadership role. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor
engineers, review critical code and designs, coordinate cross-functional projects, and contribute
hands-on when appropriate.
You will work closely with Product, AI Research, Customer Success, Sales, and customer
engineering teams to successfully deliver enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
● 8+ years of software engineering experience.
● 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
● Strong expertise in scalable backend architecture and distributed systems.
● Strong Python development experience.
● Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub,
BigQuery, Cloud Storage, or equivalent cloud services).
● Strong understanding of microservices, API design, asynchronous processing,
distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
● Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
● Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
● Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
