We are seeking a SharePoint Business Analyst to design, implement, and lead enhancements to our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment. This hybrid role combines:
• Architect – design modern SharePoint structures that balance compliance, security, ease of use, and Copilot readiness.
• Doer – hands-on with migrations, custom development (SPFx), configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Project Leader – coordinate IT, Ops, QA, Finance, and business units to deliver a secure, intuitive, and sustainable collaboration environment.
The role is highly cross-functional and requires both deep technical expertise and business-facing leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as SharePoint Online Architect / Project Lead in a Microsoft 365 enterprise environment.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, SPFx development, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Purview).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale migrations (Box, Egnyte, Google Drive, file shares, legacy SharePoint).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint/M365 administration.
• Familiarity with Windows/Active Directory administration for access and permissions.
• Strong project leadership skills – able to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication skills – can translate technical concepts into clear business terms.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, financial services, healthcare).
• Awareness of GxP and SOX compliance requirements for document/content management.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (Enterprise Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator, Security & Compliance).
• Experience with change management and end-user adoption programs.
• Exposure to AI/chatbot development in SharePoint or M365 (beyond Copilot).
