Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Creative Production Lead to drive the execution of world-class motion, visual, and product design experiences across emerging consumer products. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, motion design, design systems, and production leadership, partnering closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research teams to bring innovative experiences from concept through launch.
The ideal candidate has a background leading multidisciplinary creative teams within premier agencies, creative studios, design consultancies, or innovation-focused product organizations. They are equally comfortable discussing creative vision, motion systems, production pipelines, tooling, and organizational strategy, and have a proven track record building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional creative work at scale.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that requires strong creative judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end creative production across motion design, visual design, storytelling, prototyping, and digital product experiences from concept through launch.
• Partner with Design Directors and cross-functional leadership to define production strategy, staffing plans, prioritization frameworks, and execution roadmaps.
• Build and scale creative systems, workflows, and operating models that enable teams to produce high-quality work efficiently and consistently.
• Oversee the execution of complex creative initiatives involving motion design, interaction design, branding, product design, content creation, and emerging technologies.
• Assemble and lead interdisciplinary teams of designers, motion artists, producers, engineers, technologists, and external creative partners.
• Establish creative production best practices and ensure excellence across craft, process, quality, and execution.
• Drive innovation in AI-enabled creative workflows, identifying opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, experimentation, and creative output.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to navigate platform limitations, performance requirements, and implementation constraints.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to design leadership, providing recommendations on team structure, vendor strategy, operational investments, and production planning.
• Translate ambiguous creative goals into scalable programs, actionable roadmaps, and clearly defined deliverables.
• Evaluate creative work and provide thoughtful feedback that elevates both execution quality and strategic impact.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, creative studios, production houses, and freelance talent.
