Job Description
Motion Designers are multi-disciplined creative problem solvers, adept at blending graphic design, animation and narrative to bring unique personality and branding to the product design process. They are instrumental in building out motion systems that not only add character and dynamism to non-character assets but also make them resonate on a human level, enhancing narrative and emotional engagement of the project. Involved in all areas of the product development cycle, from concept to final deliverable, Motion Designers understand the constraints of various mediums, including AR/VR, and excel at maximizing visual impact within those limitations, ensuring that every element they create significantly contributes to the project’s overall aesthetic and communicative goals.
Product Creative uses artistic and technical skills to create the vision and experiences that make the client's Wearables Products trend-setting, distinct, and loved by customers. The Motion Designer will be responsible for delivering motion for a wide range of in-product, game, and marketing-related projects for wearable products.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2D & 3D animation/motion design experience
- conceptual design, visual communication, marketing & branding, aesthetic style guides, motion system guidelines, storytelling
- Experts at color theory & typography principles, spatial problem solvers, high adaptability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Strong preference for Lottie or Rive experience
• Desire to see motion systems, not just simple animation work
• Interest in understanding design-system strategy and thinking
