We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This individual will serve as the technical authority across Salesforce initiatives, providing architectural guidance and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce platform expertise along with strong front-end development skills, specifically in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and React. This role requires a hands-on architect who can bridge the gap between Salesforce and modern web technologies while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years focused on Salesforce platform development and architecture.
- Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Lead Architect, or Senior Technical Lead.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, custom development, and integration design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong front-end development experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, scalability, and security best practices.
- Experience leading technical teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
