Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst to support payroll tax compliance and reporting activities across the United States. This individual will help ensure payroll taxes are processed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing payroll tax filings, reconciling payroll tax accounts, assisting with audits, researching tax issues, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve compliance matters. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll tax experience, experience with Workday, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of U.S. payroll tax requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of payroll tax, tax compliance, or payroll experience
* Knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and multi-state tax requirements
* Experience using Workday or another payroll system
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and reporting
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience in a large or multi-state company
* Exposure to global payroll or international tax compliance
* Experience supporting payroll audits
* CPP certification or related payroll certification
