Job Description

This team is responsible for setting design and brand direction across the digital ecosystem, spanning sports, news, and entertainment experiences on platforms including web, mobile, and connected TV.

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Production Designer to join our Core Services team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is intuitive, proactive, and eager to grow, with a strong interest in production craft, scalable systems, and emerging technologies.

Working under the guidance of the VP of Design and Senior Production Designers, this role supports day-to-day asset production while helping bridge the gap between product design and production. You’ll translate design intent into high-quality, production-ready assets and contribute ideas to improve workflows, efficiency, and consistency—especially through AI exploration and smarter production processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, resize, and produce digital assets across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms
• Build responsive breakpoints and asset variations from provided key art and product design files
• Use Photoshop to extend artwork, retouch imagery, manipulate layouts, and color-correct assets
• Assemble composite artwork using photography, vector assets, and supplied source materials while maintaining brand consistency
• Translate product and UX design files into production-ready assets, ensuring design intent is preserved
• Collaborate closely with product designers, UX partners, content teams, and project managers
• Explore and experiment with AI-assisted tools and automation to improve production workflows
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of production templates, toolkits, and systems
• Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and help solve production challenges
Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and version control in a high-volume environment
