Job Description
A company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives focused on digital workplace modernization, endpoint engineering, IT service management, and AI-driven automation. This individual will partner closely with engineering, product, IT operations, and executive leadership teams to drive large-scale programs that improve employee productivity and support a company's evolving AI-first enterprise strategy.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical program management expertise with strong executive communication skills and a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives across Agile and traditional delivery environments. Similar TPM roles have emphasized large-scale enterprise programs, Agile/SAFe leadership, executive stakeholder management, and coordination across globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
· Drive initiatives related to:
o Endpoint engineering and device management
o Enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace/GSuite and related tools)
o IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow ecosystem improvements
o AI-powered workforce productivity solutions and enterprise automation
· Partner with engineering teams to develop and deploy AI agents and automation capabilities across IT platforms and employee experience tools.
· Establish program governance, roadmaps, risk management processes, and executive reporting cadence.
· Coordinate globally distributed teams across North America and APAC regions.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies and program planning while balancing execution against long-term strategic objectives.
· Manage dependencies across infrastructure, platform, engineering, product, and operations teams.
· Drive change management and adoption efforts for new technology capabilities.
· Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with at least 5+ years managing Agile programs.
· Background leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
· Strong experience with Agile methodologies including:
o Scrum
o SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework
o Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
· Experience managing programs involving:
o Endpoint/device management
o Digital workplace technologies
o IT operations or ITSM processes
o ServiceNow ecosystems
· Experience partnering with engineering and product organizations to deliver technical solutions.
· Strong program governance, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills.
· Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
· Proven ability to influence without authority across complex matrix organizations.
· Experience working with geographically distributed teams and accommodating global collaboration.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Engineering, Computer Science, or Product Management background.
· Experience implementing AI, automation, or agent-based solutions within enterprise environments.
· Experience modernizing employee productivity platforms and digital workplace technologies.
· Familiarity with enterprise service management, workflow automation, and IT operational excellence practices.
· PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
Previous experience within large technology organizations.
