Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, training, and user adoption across large-scale transformation initiatives. This role serves as the critical bridge between technology implementation and business transformation, ensuring leaders, managers, and employees are prepared to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
This position goes beyond traditional communications or training responsibilities and requires strong executive presence, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-Suite and senior leadership levels.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training.
Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations, system migrations, or enterprise transformation programs.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change impact assessments, adoption planning, and organizational readiness.
Experience partnering with executives, governance committees, business leaders, and technical teams.
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience leading workshops, town halls, executive briefings, and stakeholder meetings.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prosci Change Management Certification
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience supporting vendor transitions, operational transformations, or modernization initiatives
