Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst who will be supporting one of our large healthcare clients. The Business Analyst provides analytical, operational readiness, and project support for the activation functional teams and Project Manager. They serve as a key contributor to activation planning, readiness assessments, workflow analysis, move coordination, data reporting, and performance measurement. Under general supervision, they will partner with clinical, operational, facilities, information technology, and administrative stakeholders to ensure the Tower Project is ready for safe, efficient, and compliant occupancy and operations. The position develops and maintains operational readiness tools, dashboards, business processes, and decision-support analyses that facilitate successful facility activation and transition into ongoing operations.


Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitate operational readiness activities by supporting planning, coordination, validation, and readiness reviews across clinical, operational, and support service teams.
- Develop and maintain activation readiness tools, scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and milestone trackers to monitor progress and support leadership decision-making.
- Document and analyze business requirements, operational workflows, transition plans, and current-state/future-state processes to support activation planning and continuous improvement.
- Assess departmental readiness related to facility design, equipment deployment, staffing, technology implementation, relocations, and new care delivery models, identifying risks, gaps, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of activation plans, standardized workflows, and operational readiness strategies to ensure a smooth transition into new healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate and track activation workstreams, including occupancy planning, FF&E, medical equipment, supplies, IT, staffing, training, operational testing, and move activities.
- Create reports, executive summaries, and data visualizations that communicate activation status, readiness progress, project performance, and key issues to leadership.
- Assist with regulatory and operational readiness efforts, including licensing, accreditation, occupancy, life safety, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Provide analytical and operational support during activation events, command center operations, occupancy periods, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure successful issue resolution and ongoing readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role managing project schedules, designing dashboards, tracking KPI’s, etc.
o Knowledge of business process analysis
o Experience maintaining a schedule and following up with stakeholders to update schedules
- Willing to flex as needed across the program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Visio, and/or similar project management platforms
Experience with forecasting, reporting, and project tracking

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in Activation or new facility opening activities
- Experience in operations in a healthcare/clinical setting
Experience creating RAID logs

$35/hr to $46/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
