Job Description

Thomson Instrument Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The schedule is first shift from 6am-2:30pm with no flexibility.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
. Verify that all part numbers, quantities and lot numbers listed on the lot series hierarchy sheet is
accurate
Confirm that all listed components match what is physically issued and staged for the next work
order. Notify the shift lead if any parts are damaged/ missing
Visual inspection of products for contaminations/ Rejects Daily
Perform a count of all unused material after an order is complete or closed. Notify the shift lead for
R.T.S

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements
1 + years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment and quality control exposure
Ability to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or Spanish only
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with plastic injection molding machines is a plus.
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
Basic computer skills and experience completing production records.
