Job Description
An aerospace client is seeking a Benefits Analyst Lead to join their Human Capital team. This individual will serve as the lead benefits subject matter expert, owning benefits strategy, administration, and open enrollment initiatives while partnering closely with CFO and reporting into the VP of Human Capital.
This role sits at the intersection of Human Resources and Finance and will be responsible for leading high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, analytical professional who thrives in startup environments, brings strong broker and PEO experience, and can independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation, while owning the benefits strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of progressive benefits administration, benefits analysis, total rewards, or benefits leadership experience.
Experience serving as a lead resource for company-wide benefits programs.
Strong open enrollment experience.
Experience partnering directly with benefits brokers and evaluating plan offerings.
Deep understanding of medical, dental, vision, wellness, retirement, and 401(k) programs.
Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
Experience supporting equity, stock, or total rewards programs.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience working with a PEO, preferably Justworks.
Exposure to HR and Finance partnership models.
Experience supporting distributed and remote workforces.
Aerospace, manufacturing, technology, or other growth-stage company experience.
Business Analyst experience with demonstrated project ownership and process improvement initiatives.
Comfortable building processes where structure may not already exist.
