Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day jobsite operations across multiple projects and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to established quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and hands-on experience managing subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, inspections, and quality control for commercial and residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily jobsite operations and monitor project progress against schedules.
-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across multiple trades.
-Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs for quality control and safety compliance.
-Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsites.
-Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans and specifications.
-Communicate project progress, delays, and change requirements with project managers.
-Schedule and coordinate inspections and help ensure work complies with applicable code requirements.
-Track material deliveries, inventory, and jobsite logistics.
-Resolve jobsite issues in a professional and timely manner.
-Maintain digital daily logs, photos, and project documentation.
-Serve as a professional representative when interacting with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
This is a 6-month contract to hire position with an hourly pay of $55.50/hr - $72/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
-5–7+ years of construction experience.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a Superintendent or Lead role.
-Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
-Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and jobsites simultaneously.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore.
-Commercial ground-up construction and tenant improvement experience preferred.
