Job Description
We are seeking an Agent Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered agents, from initial business problem identification through production deployment and adoption. This person will act as the primary owner of the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and business outcomes while partnering closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, AI/ML teams, governance partners, and data leaders. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will gather and refine requirements, prioritize features and enhancements, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, remove blockers, and drive execution across multiple workstreams. They will be responsible for managing Agile ceremonies, communicating project status and risks to leadership, overseeing governance and compliance requirements, and ensuring agent solutions meet security, audit, and human-in-the-loop standards. This role will also work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to define KPIs, measure adoption and business value, evaluate AI agent performance, and continuously optimize solutions based on user feedback and operational metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Product Management experience
Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, engineering, data, and operations teams
Understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and agent workflows
Experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and program delivery
Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, audit controls, and human-in-the-loop processes
Experience defining and measuring KPIs, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and ROI
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly communication
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience launching or managing AI Agent, Copilot, Generative AI, or LLM-based products
Experience partnering directly with Data Science or Machine Learning teams
Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, model performance metrics, and agent quality measurement
Experience within enterprise-scale organizations
Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance frameworks, or Responsible AI practices
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools
PMP, Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile certifications
MBA or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
