Job Description

Insight Global partners with a large local utility company and is looking for a Program Lead to support PG&E’s City & County of San Francisco wholesale electric distribution portfolio. This role will serve as the primary operational lead between PG&E, CCSF stakeholders, engineers, business analysts, and Insight Global leadership.

The CCSF Program Lead will manage daily team operations, prioritize work, track deliverables, facilitate stakeholder communication, support compliance-driven project execution, and help resolve business, regulatory, financial, and operational issues. This role requires strong utility operations knowledge, project/program coordination experience, reporting and data management skills, financial process understanding, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, utility operations, engineering support, or business operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, workload planning, and project tracking.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting electric utility, infrastructure, regulatory, or compliance programs.
• Knowledge of FERC requirements and utility compliance processes.
• Experience working with engineering, planning, interconnection, or electric distribution programs.
• Familiarity with financial processes including invoicing, refunds, accruals, and write-offs.
