Your Impact
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency and scalability across the Business. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing operations, test operations, product operations, quality, finance and IT, to analyze, document and improve business processes supporting product development and outsourced manufacturing.
Specific responsibilities include:
Document, analyze, and optimize product operations processes.
Identify system gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and training documentation for Oracle.
Partner with IT to manage configuration changes, testing and validation of system changes.
Support data audits, compliance checks and reporting requirements for internal and external partners.
Partner with product operations and engineering to support product releases, change orders and lifecycle status updates.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a process improvement or business analyst role, ideally in a semiconductor environment.
Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations including foundry interfaces, OSAT management, and engineering changes processes.
Familiarity with setting up bills of material and New Product Introduction process.
Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Familiarity with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of data governance, compliance and audit practices.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
