Job Description
The IT Finance Manager is a key member within the IT Finance team and will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and tracking of all capital related activity within the IT organization. This position will be responsible for both the 5-year capital planning and budgeting processes and will be required to work cross functionally across multiple areas within IT as well as the greater Ross organization. This role will be a key participant in setting the strategic direction for capital investments and will work closely across all levels of IT management including the executive leadership team. This role will be responsible for all monthly tracking of capital related activity, performance to budget, and will lead the monthly close process for his/her area of responsibility. This role will report directly to the Director of IT Finance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Oversee the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate accounting of capital spend, provide monthly variance and trend analysis, and provide financial updates to key IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate capital funding process to ensure proper financial oversight and controls working closely with accounting teams and IT stakeholders
• Participate annual capital budgeting and 5-year planning process for IT which includes analysis into project and enterprise level IT spend, variance analysis vs. key costing benchmarks, evaluation of project level returns, and various ad-hoc analysis
• Collect and assemble various weekly/monthly reports to keep key stakeholders informed into financial status of projects and overall capital health
• Provide various analysis and reporting needs to inform business on vendor trends, costing by cost pool and business unit, and various other ad-hoc reporting needs
• Lead and develop a team that supports financial related activities. This includes individual development, team progression and organizational improvement initiatives.
