Job Description

A leading renewable energy organization is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery, governance, and stakeholder coordination for a project controls and scheduling team supporting large-scale capital projects. This individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring successful execution across design, construction, and implementation phases while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader with a strong background in governance, program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within energy, infrastructure, construction, or other complex capital project environments.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in project or program management.
Experience supporting energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or other large capital project environments.
Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and reporting processes.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with executive-level stakeholders.
Strong governance, RAID/risk management, and reporting discipline
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, issues, risks, and dependencies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP or equivalent PMI-aligned certification preferred
