Job Description

We are seeking experienced Agile Coaches to support enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives. This role will partner with leadership, product, technology, and delivery teams to drive Agile best practices, improve team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and address organizational resistance to change.

Required Skills & Experience

4–7 years of Agile Coaching experience within large-scale enterprise organizations.
Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and related frameworks.
Experience coaching cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational change and identify barriers to Agile adoption.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and helping teams achieve measurable outcomes.
