The UCSF Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is seeking an IAM Operations Analyst to provide operational support as the organization transitions an existing IAM initiative into its next phase. This individual will serve as a key member of the IAM team, supporting authentication processes, identity data flows, access lifecycle operations, and ServiceNow ticket management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise IAM environments, troubleshooting access-related issues, and partnering with technical teams to ensure reliable identity services.

Required Skills & Experience
SailPoint Experience.
2+ years of experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.
Experience supporting authentication, user provisioning, identity lifecycle management, or access governance processes.
Experience working within ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
Understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
Experience troubleshooting identity data flow and access issues across multiple systems.
Strong analytical, documentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a highly operational support environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Okta Experience.
Advanced SQL knowledge.
