Serve as the primary point of contact for installation escalations and technical troubleshooting.
Monitor customer satisfaction throughout deployments and identify and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction.
Develop project-specific installation guides using Samsara best practices and provide onsite training for installation technicians.
Coordinate with installation vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to Samsara's quality standards.
Provide onsite oversight for complex and large-scale deployments, including site readiness assessments, installer coordination, real-time troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
Perform first-of-kind and highly complex installations, acting as the hands-on technical expert.
Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep deployments on track.
Document lessons learned and drive continuous process improvements with installation partners.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to share feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the overall installation experience.
Ensure all installations comply with safety requirements and Samsara best practices.
Verify that Statements of Work (SOWs) align with project installation requirements and objectives.
Champion Samsara's core values, including customer success, long-term thinking, continuous learning, inclusivity, and teamwork
