Fleet Maintenance Manager
• Lead all fleet maintenance operations and shop personnel.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage repair schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and shop productivity.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, vendors, and maintenance costs.
• Track and improve fleet reliability, quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure accurate maintenance records, reporting, and payroll administration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support company goals.
• Travel locally as needed.
Summary: Responsible for leading fleet maintenance operations, managing personnel, ensuring safe and compliant vehicle maintenance, controlling costs, and driving operational performance across the maintenance organization.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of management experience within fleet maintenance, diesel, heavy equipment, or related maintenance operations
Experience in a unionized environment
ASE Master Certification
High School Diploma/GED
