Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a cybersecurity client of ours in identifying a Sr. AI Automation engineer to join their team in a contract to hire model.
As part of the Support & Enablement team, you’ll design and implement automation that reduces manual work and improves employee experience while staying connected to day-to-day support needs.
- Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and build scalable AI-driven solutions (First-Principles Problem Solving, Change Agility).
- Design and deploy automations that flex with shifting needs and company growth (Change Agility).
- Apply AI-first thinking to recurring technical challenges, delivering measurable impact (AI-First).
- Own solutioning end to end—requirements, architecture, deployment, and iteration.
- Use data to monitor, measure, and optimize automation performance (Data-Driven Decisions).
- Integrate automation across HackerOne’s SaaS stack (Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, etc.).
- Stay hands-on in the support queue with tickets, devices, and troubleshooting.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and mentor teammates to expand automation capability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as an Engineer, Scientist, or similar role w/ proven track record of leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions.
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, translating operational needs into scalable, automated systems.
- Experience supporting end-to-end automation project delivery, including solution design, configuration, integration, and quality assurance, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure effective implementation.
