Job Description
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Manager to provide operational leadership and support for its financial systems team during a major enterprise Workday implementation. This individual will serve as the day-to-day manager responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing financial applications, with a primary focus on PeopleSoft and Perceptive, while ensuring continuity of operations across Accounting and Finance systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of financial systems expertise, ERP administration experience, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to support critical business operations while driving issue resolution, process improvements, and ongoing system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, ERP platforms, or enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or system support functions.
• Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials.
• Experience managing financial system operations, enhancements, upgrades, and user support.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), system implementations, and production support activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience supporting Perceptive Content (ImageNow) or similar document management/workflow solutions.
Experience with ERP implementations or large-scale enterprise system transformations.
