Data Warehouse Architect

Insight Global is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect to support a large-scale enterprise data warehouse vendor transition for a highly visible public-sector initiative. This individual will serve as a senior technical advisor responsible for evaluating existing EDW architecture, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring operational continuity throughout the transition process. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, Teradata environments, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to challenge assumptions, assess vendor plans, and provide strategic oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys solving complex enterprise problems while influencing executive-level decisions in a mission-critical environment.

Strong Teradata SQL expertise
Data warehouse architecture experience
Data modeling experience
Experience with integrations and reporting environments
Ability to assess technical risks, dependencies, and transition readiness
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience creating architecture and technical documentation
Ability to evaluate vendor transition strategies and operational continuity

Healthcare or health data experience
Experience with Collibra
Experience with Databricks
Public sector or large-scale enterprise data platform experience
