Job Description
o Advise on change risks, stakeholder impacts, adoption challenges, and mitigation strategies
o Deliver strategic guidance on stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and change reinforcement
o Support executive, sponsor, and governance-level messaging development
o Review and provide input on high-impact stakeholder communications and engagement materials
o Interpret stakeholder feedback, themes, and adoption issues during the post-launch period
o Recommend prioritization of OCM activities during high-volume or high-risk periods
o Provide input into post-launch stabilization, lessons learned, and sustainment planning
o Maintain strategic continuity leveraging prior knowledge of the TSS program, stakeholders, and OCM approach
o Deliver advisory support via written recommendations, tracked comments, meeting participation, and draft materials, as needed
