Job Description
The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building infrastructure. This role supports daily operations, performs routine inspections, completes maintenance tasks, and responds to facility-related issues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and facility inspections.
- Maintain lighting systems, minor plumbing, office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support maintenance and repair of building systems and operational equipment.
- Complete work orders, tenant requests, painting, locksmith, and other maintenance tasks.
- Move furniture, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call basis.
- Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and hazardous material handling requirements.
- Document completed work and material usage.
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Completion of an applicable technical training program
- Experience with CMMS and/or Corrigo
