About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading medical device manufacturer focused on developing and bringing innovative products to market through engineering excellence, quality, and operational execution.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead a critical New Product Introduction (NPI) program for a high-profile customer. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive execution, provide strategic direction, and guide cross-functional engineering teams through complex product development initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Lead NPI programs from planning through execution.
• Provide direction and leadership to engineering teams, including junior engineers and support functions such as Quality.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring key milestones are met.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Mentor team members and establish best practices for program execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading NPI programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience influencing and guiding technical teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Compensation: $60-68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
