Job Description
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and support system-level issue resolution
• Support IQ/OQ activities, data collection, and investigation efforts
• Partner with Equipment Engineers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead equipment stabilization efforts during NPI and production ramp-up activities
• Improve equipment reliability, performance, and uptime

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience supporting complex manufacturing or test equipment
o Advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls troubleshooting
• Experience within regulated medical device, life sciences, or robotics environments
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot advanced equipment issues – strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using CMMS history and maintenance records to support troubleshooting and reliability improvements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior leadership or lead technician experience preferred
