Job Description

This is a strategic Talent Advisor role supporting Twilio's G&A Talent Acquisition team. While the primary focus is technical recruiting across Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML teams, the recruiter must be able to pivot and support Finance and Legal hiring needs as business priorities shift.
This is not a recruiter who simply manages a req load. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market intelligence, hiring strategy recommendations, compensation guidance, and workforce planning support. They must be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving hiring outcomes with minimal direction.

Required Skills & Experience

*8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong technical recruiting background across Enterprise SaaS, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML
*Experience recruiting senior-level technical talent and niche skill sets
*Ability to partner with VP and Director-level stakeholders on hiring strategy
*Strong market mapping, talent advisory, and talent intelligence experience
*Experience with compensation discussions and complex offer negotiations!!
*Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
*Data-driven approach using market insights and recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions
*Experience recruiting corporate functions, specifically Finance and Legal roles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Enterprise software industry recruiting experience
*Experience supporting both technical and G&A hiring simultaneously
*Experience recruiting cybersecurity talent
*High-growth or scaling tech company experience
*Workforce planning and org design consultation experience
