Job Description

We are seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join our Content Operations Team. This position will play a significant role in the supervision and maintenance of content within its Media Asset Management system, ensuring quality standards for our global teams.

This role will work in support of the Manager, Content Ops – Media Assets in resolving near-term production issues and in advancing and improving our asset management workflows for long-term efficiency. A sound technical acumen and an ability to interface with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues are critical attributes that will drive success.

Rate: $18/hr

Required Skills & Experience

● 3+ years of experience in the Media and Entertainment industry, working in content management systems, QC and content distribution workflows
● Experience prompting AI LLMs to help automate or speed up mundane tasks
● Strong project management skills and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects
● Knowledge of common digital media formats, standards and codecs – Video, Audio, Captions, Images & Metadata (e.g. M3U8, MP4, .mov, etc.)
● Understanding of Cloud Storage (understand the concept)
● Knowledge of JSON and XML files
● Experience working with cross-functional teams
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Comfortable working in Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)
