Insight Global is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to support the continued growth of its North American Go-To-Market organization. This role is responsible for driving hiring efforts across critical Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure revenue-generating headcount keeps pace with company growth objectives.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership rather than simply managing requisitions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top-tier sales talent while delivering a world-class candidate experience. This position requires a proactive sourcing mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment where hiring speed and quality are equally important.

Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of full-cycle Sales / GTM recruiting experience within a global SaaS or enterprise technology company
*Proven experience recruiting quota-carrying Account Executives (New Business & Strategic) and Solutions / Pre-Sales Engineers
*Strong experience partnering with Senior Managers through VP-level stakeholders as a strategic talent advisor
*Deep understanding of OTE compensation structures, sales accelerators, and equity (RSU) negotiations
*Data-driven recruiting approach with experience leveraging talent analytics, funnel health metrics, passthrough rates, and start date forecasting
*Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and headhunting strategies beyond inbound applicant pipelines
*Experience operating independently in a high-growth, remote environment spanning multiple US time zones
*Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting experience
