Job Description

Seeking a hands-on VP of Sales to drive regional growth while leading and developing a team of 3–4 Account Executives. This player-coach will expand market presence, drive revenue through a channel-first sales model, and build a high-performing team within the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue and KPI targets.
- Drive net-new business and expand regional footprint.
- Maintain a strong field presence with customers and channel partners.
- Forecast accurately and ensure Salesforce hygiene across the team.
- Execute and reinforce a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC).
- Partner cross-functionally with Channel, SE, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Previous experience as VP of Sales or Sr. Director of Sales
- Cybersecurity industry experience.
- Experience working for a cybersecurity vendor or direct competitor.
- Proven success in a 100% channel sales model.
- Experience scaling and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce discipline.
- Knowledge of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience with competitors in the cybersecurity space
- Experience selling SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, networking, or cloud security solutions.
- Experience leading teams within the DACH/Germany region.
