Job Description
The Senior Pipeline Data Integration Lead / Technical PM will lead delivery of a project focused on correlating and standardizing legacy EMAT and standard ILI pipe tally datasets into a unified format for downstream integration into the client's data environment.
This individual will serve as the primary technical lead and client-facing delivery manager, responsible for defining the correlation methodology, managing project execution, overseeing data quality, and ensuring the work is completed on schedule and aligned to client expectations.
This role is ideal for a senior resource who can operate at the intersection of pipeline integrity domain knowledge, data integration problem solving, and project leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior, client-ready technical leader who can quickly understand a complex pipeline data problem, develop a practical methodology for aligning EMAT and standard pipe tally records, and lead the team through implementation. They should be equally comfortable facilitating meetings with integrity engineers, reviewing dataset nuances, and making informed decisions on data alignment logic and quality.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Pipeline integrity / gas utility engineering support
Pipeline data integration / data management
Technical project management for engineering or utility data initiatives
ILI, EMAT, or pipe tally data analysis / correlation
Experience leading projects involving ambiguous data problems, where the methodology must be defined through discovery and analysis
Experience working directly with client SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define scope and solve data challenges
Experience creating project schedules, delivery plans, risk logs, and QA/QC frameworks
Experience overseeing data transformation, standardization, and validation efforts
Strong understanding of how to move from discovery → pilot validation → scaled execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience with:
ILI pipe tally data
EMAT inspection datasets
Pipeline integrity management or risk assessment programs
Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms
Retrospective engineering data reconciliation or alignment efforts
Exposure to natural gas transmission or midstream pipeline environments
Familiarity with inspection tool outputs and pipeline linear referencing/stationing concepts
Experience supporting regulated utility or integrity-related data initiatives
