Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support business operations for a growing mortgage organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and maintains a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
This individual will serve as a key administrative and operational partner, supporting multiple branch leaders and teams across the organization. Beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, this role will help drive onboarding, reporting, recruiting support, branch operations, and business initiatives. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of anticipating needs while supporting various stakeholders across multiple locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Branch Support, or similar high-level administrative role.
• Experience supporting multiple leaders, departments, or branch locations simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to identify urgent issues and resolve them efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Mortgage, banking, financial services, or branch operations experience.
• Experience using Power BI, MyScore, or similar reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Experience preparing pro formas, budgets, financial reports, or break-even analyses.
• Familiarity with compensation administration, bonus tracking, and incentive programs.
Event planning, travel coordination, and executive meeting support experience.
