Job Description
We are seeking experienced Workday Business Analysts to support a large-scale Workday Financials transformation initiative. This individual will partner closely with program leadership, finance stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and subject matter experts to assess current-state project artifacts, define future-state operating models, identify process gaps, and support organizational readiness for go-live.
This resource will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, validating requirements, documenting risks and issues, and helping design the future-state "Day in the Life" experience across finance functions in preparation for the January 2027 operating model.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ERP, Workday, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience with Workday Financials implementations, optimization, or post-go-live support.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process analysis skills.
• Experience creating current-state and future-state process flows.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience identifying process gaps, operational risks, and remediation strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
Experience supporting UAT, testing validation, cutover planning, and change management activities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Workday Financials implementations.
• Knowledge of finance operations, accounting workflows, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and related finance processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations and operating model redesigns.
• Familiarity with post-go-live support planning and organizational readiness initiatives.
