Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Program Manager. This person will be primarily responsible for both developing and implementing a training program for staff across all functional areas of Supply Chain and leadership levels (from front-line to leadership). Training materials should be developed in multiple methods (written, in person, technological). This role will include employee development, intended to grow internal talent. They will also work with subject matter experts to develop appropriate training materials for all aspects of Supply Chain.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experince teaching and building teaching curriculum within supply chain
- Teaching experience should include teaching supply chain leaders how to teach their teams new skills (issuing Pos, new product request processes, RFID ordering etc.)
- Flexibility with scheduling and working weekends as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Hands on experience with HealthStream (LMS)
